Delivery

Dining Tables

All dining tables will be delivered privately, by me, and installed for your convenience, unless otherwise stated. Once a table has been purchased, we will contact you to organise a suitable date.

Lead times for completion of bespoke dining tables are usually 3-4 weeks.

Coffee Tables

Coffee tables can be sent via recorded delivery or delivered privately. Please contact us to discuss your options, including pricing.

Lead times for the completion of bespoke coffee tables are usually 3-4 weeks.

Chopping Boards

Chopping boards will be sent via recorded delivery with a tracking number. These are usually dispatched within 48 hours.

Delivery cost is £8.00 insured delivery 3-4 days, £10.00 insured delivery for next day.

Commissions

All bespoke furniture will be delivered once completed on a suitable date which will have been discussed after design and build phase.

Returns

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, you will have the choice of either a full refund on your return of the damaged goods, a replacement of your choice sent out ASAP (assuming the same value or less, if another similar item is in stock), or a repair will be made, if possible, and offered to you before being put back on sale.

All orders are supplied via recorded delivery, you have 48 hours from receipt of your order to notify us of any damage. You must inform us within the 48 hour period. If for any reason you notify us after this period, we cannot issue a refund or replacement. Please email thewoodandresinco@outlook.com of your intentions and please provide clear photos of the damage.

Returns & Exchanges

If you wish to return your item, please ensure the original packaging is used, including your order number and address. You will be contacted once the return has been completed and depending on your preferred choice, you will either receive a full refund via the original payment method, or be contacted regarding your options.
